Clark Richards formed Clark Richards & Associates, Inc. in 1996.  With extensive experience in the construction industry and in the management of municipal building departments, Clark Richards discovered a niche market in the legal, business and land development industries for evaluating construction defects, representing owners in their construction projects and managing the entitlement and approval process for the development of real property. 

 

Since its inception, Clark Richards & Associates, Inc. has assisted his clients obtain building permits, zoning approvals, business licensing and compliance with violations of local ordinances imposed in the code enforcement process.  We assist our clients in a variety of ways in achieving successful and more efficiant interaction with government agencies.

 

Clark Richards & Associates teams up with engineers, architects, planners, real estate and land use attorneys as well as a variety of technical professionals to effectively manage our client's goals.

 

The principal, Clark Richards was licensed in 1989 to representl clients in the purchase and sale of real estate in Florida.  Clark is active assisting clients in the purchase of real property, normally representing buyers.  Clark has expertise in acquiring and entitlements for undeveloped vacant land and re-development sites as well as all other types of residential, commercial and industrial properties.

 

Clark Richards is also a State of Florida: Licensed General Contractor (1979), Certified Roofing Contractor (2004), Building Code Administrator (1993), Standard Plans Examiner (1993) and Standard Inspector (1993).  With his extensive construction background and expertise in Building Codes Clark provides Expert evaluation and testimony for the legal profession in their representation of both plaintiff's and defendant's in accident cases, construction defect and related construction litigation.
